Rachael Ridaught
A fifth-generation Jacksonville native with 24 years of real estate experience, Rachael Ridaught brings a rare combination of deep local roots, design knowledge, and global real estate experience to Northeast Florida.
After studying interior design at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Rachael began her real estate career in Miami. In 2005, she achieved the highest sale in Miami Beach history and went on to become a top producer, averaging $15–20 million in annual sales. Her success led to a role as Sales Director for an elite development, where she traveled internationally, expanded her global real estate expertise, and built a clientele around the world.
Rachael returned to Jacksonville in 2009 to bring that experience home. For the past 15 years, she has been part of a highly successful partnership, consistently producing $20–30 million in annual sales volume and earning recognition among Jacksonville’s top-producing teams, including a #18 ranking among small teams in the 2025 Jacksonville Business Journal Book of Lists.
Now stepping into an independent chapter of her career, Rachael chose Christie’s International Real Estate First Coast for its combination of heritage, sophisticated marketing, and global reach backed by deep local expertise. It provides the ideal platform to continue growing her business while serving customers across every stage of their real estate journey.
